Our Story.

Wealthcare Real Estate was established in Zimbabwe in 2015 primarily providing the services of Property sales, property valuations, Property Management & Sales. As we consolidated our presence in the sector we realised the need to have a much stronger presence in the property development space which resulted in a decision to pursue property development on a much-focussed scale. We incorporated a Property Development company (Property Wealth Development (Pvt) Ltd) which has become the main driver of value creation. Our property development unit is focused on providing modern-day lifestyle and leisure through well-thought-out residential developments and CBD retail space. Under residential, we offer new gated developments, and renovations that rejuvenate properties into modern outfits and under commercial we transform commercial space into wealth-creating destinations that offer a unique shopping experience. Our developments are our flagships in achieving our vision of transforming the face of Real Estate in Zimbabwe. We have done several Developments and modernization of houses in and around Harare”s low and high-density areas such as Greendale, Borrowdale, Highfields, and Warren Park to mention just a few.

We pride ourselves in transforming the real estate development space. Our expertise in this area has seen us role out a couple developments as well as developments that are Work In Progress mostly within Harare. Property wealth management generally referred to as property management is also our area of strength.
